Steakhaus Located on a busy street leading to Plaza de la Merced, you enter into a thoroughly American-style grill. Although the decor is obviously manufactured, the Americana is convincingly and attractively done. The booths you eat in are discreet and comfortable, giving the true feel of a diner. Black Angus is the star item on the menu, with well-aged and rich meat. However, they are not playing it safe. A variety of burgers are boldly gastronomic, with surprisingly original combinations, and all the meat is of excellent quality. The side orders are Texmex, and there are plenty of Americanized trimmings. However, the focus is on a place where food quality is paramount, and the Americana concept serves as an effective backdrop for some truly delicious steaks and burgers.
