Description

Enjoy stops at at least 4 restaurants or eateries on this Malaga Food Tour. Enjoy tapas and other tasty dishes, as well as drinks, such as the typical Spanish wine, sangria, beer, and soft drinks. Dive into this world of sensorial experiences, where you can easily get lost amongst unique tastes, welcoming rhythms, and glasses of local wine. Tastings include: - Fried Squid or Anchovies: The most typical food of Malaga are anchovies, mainly eaten fried in hot oil. The fish is delivered fresh, daily to the beach bars and restaurants. Malagan locals eat so many anchovies, they've earned the nickname 'boquerones' (anchovies). As an alternative, fried squid can be chosen. - Platter of Manchego cheese and Jamon iberico de cebo: Manchego is typically served with bread and olive oil. The world-famous Jamón speaks for itself. It is a high-quality and long-seasoned ham with an intense taste and low fat content. - Tortilla de patatas: The Spanish potato tortilla is an international top-seller, thanks to its adaptability as a side dish, hot dish, or starter. - Chorizo de bellota: This typical Spanish acorn sausage is usually cured or fried. - Meatballs in tomato sauce: The tasty meatballs cooked in a delicious tomato sauce are a classic in every Spanish household. - Alioli potatoes or patatas bravas: This appetizer consists of fried potatoes with a garlic sauce or spicy tomato sauce on top. - Croquetas caseras: These delicious croquettes are cooked with bechamel sauce (flour, butter, milk, and nutmeg), salt, pepper, onion, extra virgin olive oil, ham, eggs, and bread crumbs. - Ice cream - 2 scoops in a cup or cone.
