El primer centro comercial a gran escala de Málaga abrió en 1993. Cuenta con algunos espacios comerciales grandes ocupados por un supermercado importante y marcas de deportes y ropa y unas cuarenta tiendas más pequeñas, dedicadas a ropa y bienes de consumo. También hay un cine multiplex. La Rosaleda se encuentra en el norte de la ciudad, en una zona residencial muy concurrida, justo al lado del estadio de fútbol del mismo nombre. ¡Ten cuidado al intentar estacionar cuando haya un partido de fútbol, ya que ocupan el espacio de estacionamiento generalmente amplio!
