Incredible experience at this hotel. All staff especially Jose and the young man at the hotel reception were exeptional! They greeted us with 2 glasses of Cava and took our bags to the room. The young man at the counter scheduled a taxi for us and recommended several places for dining. The menager at their restaurant is also outstanding, very accommodating and has a great attitude which made us feel like family. Truly one of the best hotels we have stayed at. It is very centrally located, within 2 minutes of Malagueta beach on foot and a few minutes away from the Histlric town.
Really lovely hotel, the rooms were very modern and had all the latest features including multiple USB-C charging ports and Bluetooth speakers built into the ceilings of the bedroom area and bathroom! A few things that were a little disappointing: • A bottle of water was provided in the room upon check-in but it wasn’t replaced when the room was cleaned • There was a limited amount of sun-beds on the rooftop for such a large space • The swimming pool is very small and very shallow • The service on the rooftop was very slow; once they had taken your order the food/drinks arrived quickly but it was the initial acknowledgment that was delayed • When the room was cleaned, on three occasions either a cleaning cloth, bottle of bleach, toilet brush or pillowcases were left in the room Other than that, the hotel is a great place to stay and the spa is beautiful! The staff at the reception are extremely friendly and helpful and provided a small treat when checking out 😊
Beautiful recently renovated historic building. Luxurious rooms, well-appointed. Two blocks to the beach. Male staff in restaurant (both indoors and out on the pool deck) ignored me even after I asked if to be served lunch. Indeed, they waited on male guests who arrived after me. The spa is also well-appointed. The detox treatment was glorious. The massage therapist was so very talented- no cookie cutter treatment here. Sadly, the 2nd day's spa treatment was ruined by very loud guests in the spa plunge who would not shut up despite several requests from the receptionist. We ended that massage early bc the volume of noise made relaxation impossible. The front desk associates apologized as did the manager and they made a charge adjustment. They are aware they must fix this problem. I'd go back again if they have resolved these issues.
The hotel has been beautifully restored and feels very modern while still keeping its original charm and character. From the moment we arrived, the staff were really friendly and always happy to help, which made the whole stay feel very welcoming. We also really appreciated the little touches from the team throughout our stay. Mario at reception was especially helpful with our requests and recommendations, Juanjo in the restaurant was always so friendly, and Daniel, the manager, was very visible and attentive the whole time. One of the highlights is definitely the rooftop terrace—beautifully designed with a great atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable, clean, quiet and well put together. We did have a small issue with housekeeping at the start, but once we mentioned it, it was sorted straight away. The hotel is slightly outside the very centre, but everything is still within an easy walk. Breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of choice and really good quality.
We had an excellent experience and the privilege of inaugurating the hotel on its opening day. The staff was wonderful, and everything felt clean, fresh, and brand new. The rooms are uniquely designed, and the hotel itself is located in a historic building, which gives it a very special charm. The rooftop is fantastic: there is a pool (relatively small, but definitely enough to enjoy), great sunbeds and comfortable sofas. You can also enjoy light meals from the pool menu, alongside more complete dishes from the hotel restaurant menu. Regarding breakfast, it is important to know: the buffet itself is fairly standard, so make sure to ask the waiter for the special breakfast menu, at no extra cost. Many guests do not notice this option, which is a shame because the dishes are truly unique and delicious. The hotel is located very close to the sea and about a 15-minute walk from the city center. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
