This is our favourite hotel of all time. The staff are super helpful and friendly. The location is ideal. Supermarket, beach and all amenities are steps away. The room was huge, modern, impeccably clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooftop terrace was super nice and I relaxed in the jacuzzi a few times. We loved it and can’t wait to come back again.
Spent 6 nights here in May, recuperating after an accident. Wonderful in every respect. A very swanky apartment with everything we needed and more. Excellent location, very close to la Plaza de la Merced and all the beautiful sights of central Málaga. The lovely reception staff really made it a special experience; genuinely welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. I was even given a box of chocolates when I let it slip it was my birthday, which I don't mind admitting brought a tear to my eye as I was going through a tough time. 5 stars is not enough!
Well located hotel with new and refurbished room (fully equipped with everything, included coffee machine and water purifier) But honestly, when I booked it, the pictures of the room were totally different from the room we had at the facility. Moreover, when asked to have a different room because it was on the GROUND floor and not specified when booking, they poorly provided support and asked the next day for a a surcharge if we wanted to change the room. In addition to no light and people seeing inside the room, the noise was unbearable (and my girlfriend is pregnant and needed to rest). In addition to that, we found cockroaches in the room, maybe because we were on the ground floor or because it was not properly cleaned. Lastly, the room smell from the HVAC when turn on, but impossible to open the window for the noise and because people could see everything inside the room
We loved our stay here; it was spacious, clean, SMEG kitchen appliances provided and within walking distance of everything we needed. Staff were soo helpful and prvided fantastic service. We felt completely relaxed throughout, and the children were especially thrilled, particularly with the access to YouTube. Absolutely top-notch.
We had a great stay in the family suite. It was very clean and nice to have some basic breakfast food. The bathroom towel rail and hook were very high and had to get my friend to help me reach the towels. There weren’t enough plugs in the kitchen for the toaster and the coffee machine. The microwave was very high. Nice roof terrace and jacuzzi. The staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Esperranza who gave useful advice and was particularly caring when I had difficulty walking. I would definitely come back to stay here.
