Although our trip had to be cancelled due to British Airways cancelling our flight, I wanted to recognise the excellent service provided by Dewi at Hotel del Pintor. She was prompt, professional, courteous and empathetic throughout our correspondence. While the hotel’s cancellation policy had to be applied, Dewi took the time to explain everything clearly, reviewed our request carefully, and handled the situation with kindness and respect. I am very happy about my stay in Hotel del Pintor. It’s located very centrally in Malaga, although the rooms were always very quiet and clean. The staff were always very attentive and friendly, special thanks to everyone at the reception! All around a very good value for money, I would definitely recommend it.
This is the bestest 3 star hotel I've ever stayed at, and I have stayed at a few. The hospitality is excellent. The staff always did their best, never disappointed and were always prompt in delivering my requests. The set up is quite novel. It's a young environment to dwell in for all age groups. Breakfasts are generous. The hotel has a water cooler for guests; is environmentally friendly; and is decorated with some novel artwork. Cleanliness and hygiene is impeccable. Whatsmore, it's in the historical town centre where venues and sites are easily accessed on foot. I thoroughly recommend it and would indeed stay there again.
This is a lovely friendly hotel in a good location. On arrival, they wrote our names on the wardrobe door and a little handwritten letter apologising for the overcast skies! Nice touch! Rooms and hotel is nicely decorated, beds comfortable. Good WiFi. Breakfast is interesting: small dining area so you plan ahead but you order from a menu and it's nicely put together, thoughtful and tasty. No tea and coffee facilities in the room, instead you get it at reception. Nice sun terrace. They also store luggage for a fee, and free for guests. Highly recommended.
Great place to stay—perfectly located within walking distance of everything. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference to the overall experience. The hotel itself has a unique charm, with thoughtful personal touches like handwritten messages on postcards that really stand out. It was also one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The only minor improvement would be darker curtains for better sleep. Overall, a fantastic stay and I would happily return.
