We had a great stay for four days. Until this weekend everything was perfect. However, then it got a bit different. Yesterday we didn’t get clean towels. We called several times and had to wait an hour. Then we bought a drink at the bar and suddenly we got one more, which we didn’t ask for. We were on the impression it was on the house, and only sipped at little bit, since we didn’t want another one. Nevertheless, we were charged for that ‘extra drink’ as well. And there were other inconveniences. The cleaning staff were not that friendly at all. Nevertheless, we still enjoyed our time. Over all very friendly and accommodating staff.
This hotel is phenomenal everything from the location to the staff, the cleanliness, and most off all the breakfast buffet. If you stay here you must try their breakfast - the variety from international to local cuisines is incredible. I’ve stayed here twice and would choose it again in a heartbeat on my next trip to Malaga.
Excellent service. All people work there are lovely and friendly. Very detailed and thoughtful. I asked for matches to light up a candle for my daughter’s birthday. They gave us a surprised cake and drinks. So nice!! Love them. Will come back again. Thank you !!
I’ve really enjoyed my stay at this hotel so far. The rooms are comfortable, the atmosphere is great, and the service has been excellent. The location is also perfect, within walking distance of the city centre, which makes it super convenient for exploring. A special mention to Fer (Fernando) from the breakfast team, he’s incredibly attentive, friendly, and talkative in the best way! He always makes guests feel welcome and starts the morning with such positive energy. It’s employees like him that make the experience even more memorable. Gracias, Fer!
