Local grandmothers, or “abuelas,” aged 82, share family recipes passed down through generations. They explain regional flavours and traditional dishes, offering insights into Malaga’s food history and culture. Learn to recognise quality ingredients and take home a secret family recipe to recreate authentic Spanish flavours.
