Description

The coast is calling.

Start your engine in Caleta de Vélez, where the Mediterranean stretches out endless and blue before you. The road hugs the coastline as you ride toward Cerro Gordo, salt air in your lungs, sunlight bouncing off the water beside you.

At Cerro Gordo, the road lifts you above it all. One of the finest viewpoints on the Costa del Sol, cliffs dropping into the sea, the coastline curving into the distance as far as you can see.

This is where the adventure truly begins.

Then the climb starts. Leave the coast behind and wind your way up into Frigiliana, one of Andalusia's most beautiful white villages, clinging to the mountainside like something out of a postcard. Narrow cobbled streets, flower-draped balconies, views that stretch all the way back to the sea you just left.

This is where coast and mountains become one story.

From there, the road carries you back the way you came, but the ride feels different now. The same coastline, the same sea, seen through new eyes after where you've just been.

And finally, the last stretch home to Caleta de Vélez, sun low in the sky, the sea welcoming you back.
