Discover Ronda’s wine heritage at Huerto de la Condesa, a historic bodega in the heart of the city. Once part of the Heredad de Nuestra Señora de los Dolores estate, the bodega preserves a connection to the local history of the Countess of Guadalevín.
Learn how the estate’s clay-sandy soil, small stream, and the nearby Guadalcobacín River help create the conditions for ripening grapes. Hear about the garnacha and syrah grown in the vineyards and the winemaking process behind the wines.

For a more immersive visit, select “In Between Glasses,” which includes a guided visit to both the bodega and vineyards, a wine presentation, a tasting of 5 wines, and an aperitif.
