Incredibly well-located place, with large and modern rooms, at an AMAZING price, considering we booked on peak season (end July). The service was amazing, the bathroom and kitchen were huge (way bigger than most hotels in Europe), and the AC worked like a champ. They carried ALL of the amenities you could think of, and offer self-serve water and coffee at the reception desk. The ladies at the reception desk were very welcoming and professional. We got the studio at the ground floor, and it was the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. I will say that we were rather disappointed when they closed the terrace at 9:30pm, but that was fine, since it was too hot anyways outside. Just a note: if you’re a slight sleeper - bring some ear plugs. We will certainly be back!!

A true gem in the heart of the historic center of Malaga. Great cosy apartment, very clean and practical, modern and trendy. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect near everything. Highly recommended!

So we stayed here for a few days in late April, and overall really rated it. Location-wise it hits a really sweet spot between being central and yet not being too noisy. Saying that, we ended up being there during Labor Day, so there was a high-spirited troubadour with a loudhailer who woke me up; that's why I always take noise-cancelling headphones these days as a back-up! Inside the building is very clean, calm and tasteful, following the recent renovations. The rooms we had were lovely and clean, and the aircon wasn't too noisy. Even though there's no concierge in the building, you do tend to get contacted every day via email to ensure everything is up to scratch, and there is a concierge in another Coeo apartment not too far away if required. Big bonus is the well-stocked supermarket just around the corner - great value freshly baked goods ftw!

We had a wonderful 1-week stay at Coeo Frailes Aparthotel with two adults and one toddler. The location is absolutely perfect — you can walk everywhere. The Picasso Museum, Picasso’s Birthplace, the Music Museum, the theatre, supermarkets, the city centre and the old town are all just steps away. Even the harbour is only about a 20-minute walk. The apartment was extremely clean, quiet and very well equipped. It had everything we needed, including a hairdryer, coffee machine and full kitchen utensils — truly a home away from home. The customer service was outstanding. The team was helpful in every way and provided great advice throughout our stay. We will definitely come back and will absolutely stay here again.

We stayed here for 3 nights in January and were all-around happy with our stay. The location was perfect for us since we could go everywhere on foot. Our room was clean, well decorated and equipped and the bed was very comfortable. Communication with the host was easy and professional, even during the night. The lighting in the bathroom wasn’t ideal for putting on makeup and the room was quite cold which is only really an issue during winter. Recommended!
