Location and service is good but rooms are overprices with a distinct toilet smell
The perfect accomodation for a single-night stay! On the border of the historic centre, this hotel offers immediate access to bars/restaurants, which simplified dinner plans after a long day of travelling. The front desk agent with the gorgeous tattoos was friendly, patiently walking me through the check-in process in my fatigued state. The room was clean with a comfy bed which I collapsed on and slept for nine hours! The bathroom had a strong rainfall shower which was great in the morning!
What really made my stay here a good experience are the members of staff. They are so helpful, friendly and kind. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I had an issue with my phone on my arrival. The staff did everything they could to help me. I would definitely stay here again.
Very good experience in this nice and very well located hotel. The team is also very nice and make you feel very welcomed. Rooms are a bit small, quite usual in big city centers but very nice and clean.
