Rooms clean and spacious but save your money and don't pay for breakfast! 2 mornings in a row with no hot food, even coffee station had no milk. Complained on first morning but same again 2nd morning. Complained again but 15 min later hot food finally topped up. ....as we were leaving to catch our flight. Terrible waste and obviously they don't care.

I love it. It's a great location and it's a great service. The room is amazing and has everything you need and more. The air conditioner is awesome and the TV is big. The bed is super confortable. The bathroom is a dream. Then the 1st floor is full of amazing things. The pool that's great. The sunbathing chairs, the different saunas, the different showers, the luxury of it and the beauty is astonishing. The service is on top. They are super helpful and are living up to everything. Towels for the spa section is too pick up in the reception. No extra cost for anything. Love, love, love ❤️

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in all my travels. I booked the room last minute, but that should not justify the condition it was in. The room was extremely dirty. There was dirt and dust everywhere, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and I even found other people's hair throughout the room. There were also flies constantly flying around as if something had died there. The towels were so old and worn out that they were almost transparent. The worst part, however, was the strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room. It was unbearable and made it very uncomfortable to stay there. I tried to keep the air conditioning on during the night just to have some fresh air, but that was not possible because it was extremely noisy. The only positives were the location and a decent breakfast. However, the breakfast offered very few vegetables, only cucumbers and lettuce.

I stayed at the hotel for one night. The room was clean and spacious. The staff at reception were very friendly and welcoming. The location is pretty good – about a 20-minute walk to the city center and around 15 minutes by taxi to the airport. Since I had an early flight the next morning, I planned to spend the evening relaxing in my room and watching TV. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that the television was very outdated and did not support streaming services such as Netflix or YouTube. Screen casting was also not possible with an iPhone. Considering the price of the room, this was a significant drawback. Another downside was that the room felt quite dark and received very little natural daylight. Overall, it was fine for a one-night stay, but the hotel could benefit from some modernization to better meet guests’ expectations.

Stayed for one night as was near zambrano station and had a pool. It was were I met my friend as we were arriving from different places at different times. Check out deHuelva restaurant - a pleasant walk via huelin park! Hotel is incredible but a 20 min walk to city or beaches! It’s a long way out! Can get bus!
