Booked and have communicated our arrival time well in advance. Arrived to a locked door and no one there. No help. There is a reception desk in photos but it is always unstaffed. They only provided an entry pass code after contacting them on WhatsApp. There is no room service. Even to get toilet paper we had to go to a locker on another floor and enter a code. I don't recommend staying here or at least know what you're getting into.
The hotel is in a great location, with convenient access to both the airport and the city center. The soundproofing is excellent — even the rooms facing the road are very quiet. They also offer luggage storage service. The room is spacious enough for two people and even has facilities for cooking. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay experience.
The hotel has a very convenient location, not far from the station. There are plenty of shops, pharmacies, cafés, and tapas bars nearby, which makes everything easy and accessible. The room itself is not very big, but it’s cozy. The bed is great — the mattress felt a bit firm at first, but turned out to be very comfortable, and the pillows were excellent too. We slept like babies. We were occasionally bothered by noise from other guests, as the soundproofing isn’t the best. But overall, everything was good. The shower is nice, the bathroom is clean, and there is a small kitchenette with all the basic essentials. If you want to cook, it’s definitely possible. We were out most of the day and only used the kettle, which we were happy to have.
We were very satisfied with our accommodation during our 4-day trip to Málaga. The apartment was new, modern, and very clean, which made our stay comfortable from the first moment. The location was perfect — literally just a few steps from the city center and also very close to the sea, so we could easily enjoy both sightseeing and relaxing on the beach without needing transport. Around the accommodation there were grocery stores, cafés and a great pizzeria, which we really appreciated, especially in the evenings. Everything was well prepared and practical, and we felt welcome throughout the whole stay. We can honestly recommend this place, especially for families looking for convenient, clean, and well-located accommodation in Málaga.
We stayed for a week at the end of January. The unit was spotless, which is always my priority. It was also incredibly quiet, which is my second priority. It was an easy walk into SoHo, and only 2 blocks from the train station and bus station. Since we used both, it was very convenient. The very best thing about our stay was the customer service. When we arrived, we thought the heat wasn’t working right as the room was cold. Our complaint was answered immediately and we were provided a space heater - only to figure out later we were wrong about the heating system. It was working fine, we just had the setting wrong. We asked and received extra pillows, we got assistance with storing our bags on our final day. I just can’t say enough about the excellent service. We highly recommend this location.
