My friend and I stayed here for New Year’s, and our experience was truly amazing. The suite was incredible spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, modern yet with a classic touch that made it feel both elegant and comfortable. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the exceptional service we received from Wassim. He is genuinely one of the kindest and most caring people we have met. We started the day on a very rough note, but Wassim completely turned things around for us with his warmth, patience, and generosity. He surprised us with a complimentary upgrade, took the time to give us great recommendations for nearby places, and made sure we felt welcomed and taken care of at all times. Wassim is truly a good-hearted person, and we are so grateful to him. Thanks to his kindness and professionalism, our trip became so much more special.
