Reviews
Two areas: 1) positive - location (access to the highway, public transport, proximity to the beach, basic shops), cleanliness of the premises, generally sufficient amenities, price adequate to the quality, 2) negative - technical condition of the installations, cash settlement policy, contact with the caretaker/owner. I confirm the lack of hot water (only in the shower), a broken washing machine (ideal for a holiday in the apartment), a stench from the ventilation, a malfunctioning toilet flush (it works with a delay, which is especially bothersome at night), and the inability to dry clothes - there are no radiators or hangers, and the heat is only from the ceiling. Contact with the owner/caretaker: It's nice when things are good. When you report problems, communication breaks down, you're either dismissed, insulted, or given the impression that you're confusing your previous trip or that you've used up all the water from the boiler, even though it's still cold. I can confirm the problems with cash handling: DEMAND A RECEIPT and invoice immediately after payment. And also: DO NOT ALLOW anyone to take a photo of your ID. If that doesn't stop you, don't be surprised by what you encounter, or find another location.
