Reviews
The apartment itself was acceptable, but the overall experience was far from good. First of all, the location was a major downside. It felt like a ghost town and was about 15 minutes away from the city center. This meant we had to rely on Bolt/Uber every time we wanted to go anywhere, which quickly became expensive. The biggest issue, however, was a serious safety concern. There was only one key for the main entrance. If you forgot the key and closed the door, you were effectively locked inside. The door could only be opened from the outside or with the key, and all windows had bars on them, making it impossible to get out. One night, due to a misunderstanding, we accidentally left the key in the gate outside the apartment. We only realized this after getting inside. Since we all had an early flight the next morning, we had no choice but to act. One of us had to squeeze through a tiny gap in the window bars and climb over a barbed wire fence to retrieve the key and let the rest of us out. This resulted in a sprained wrist and ruined clothes. This situation was completely unacceptable and could have ended much worse. A property should never put guests in a position where they are effectively trapped inside. I would not recommend staying here.
We highly recommend this apartment; the cleanliness is excellent, and the beds are very comfortable. It has everything you need for a wonderful stay. The proximity to the beautiful beach with its many bars, and the bus stop for Malaga just around the corner... simply perfect.
