Description
Our culinary experience in Málaga begins—during weekday and Saturday mornings—with a relaxed walk to the bustling Atarazanas Market, where we explore the region’s freshest seasonal ingredients. On Sundays and during evening sessions, when the market is closed, we head straight to the next stage: a spacious, contemporary kitchen located in the creative Soho District, just steps from the market itself.
Before putting on your apron, enjoy a tasting of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, where you’ll discover the delicate nuances of local olives, accompanied by traditional nibbles. Then, under the expert guidance of our chef, you’ll cook a classic Spanish paella and prepare a refreshing homemade gazpacho. As the kitchen fills with mouthwatering aromas, raise a glass of regional wine to celebrate your culinary efforts. This experience goes beyond cooking—it's an immersion into Málaga’s rich gastronomic heritage, leaving you with unforgettable memories and recipes to bring home.
