‘Tapas’ are very popular and a rooted tradition all over Spain, besides being a global culinary icon. They are small delicacies that are meant to be savored and shared in a relaxed atmosphere. Now you can learn how to cook different tapas! Our culinary experience in Málaga begins—during weekday and Saturday mornings—with a relaxed walk to the bustling Atarazanas Market, where we explore the region’s freshest seasonal ingredients. On Sundays and during evening sessions, when the market is closed, we head straight to the next stage: a spacious, contemporary kitchen located in the creative Soho District, just steps from the market itself. The team will teach you in a didactic, enthusiastic and participative way how to prepare traditional recipes, “classics” of our gastronomy, to enjoy as well the experience of having tapas or “tapear”. Please note, the following menu is a sample and may vary to accommodate seasonal availability or dietary restrictions, ensuring a personalized and inclusive culinary exploration. 1. Sangría 2.
