The Parador de Gibralfaro has an extensive terrace which affords probably the best views of the city from anywhere. They have live music on summer weekends. This is a more classical old school terrace, as befits the more sedate and established Parador state hotel chain. It's terrific at any time of day, but on warm summer's night, there's no more romantic and genteel a place to have drink.
