The closest thing to a beach bar / restaurant on the beach itself. The fish and the squids looked great on the grill, sangria was excellent. In absence of more casual bar on the beach, this one will have to do. Decent alltogether.
Average food - nothing special, but it will fill you up. The chicken skewers were nice, however much of the flavour was carried by the sauce. Unsure as to the constituents of the skewers... was it genuine chunks of chicken, or reconstituted? Swordfish was very much 'mass produced' - a lot of meat, but you could not tell what meat it was! Chips came out in different forms for each dish; some were very soft and pale, others far more crispy. Consistency would be appreciated. Overall, food quality was edible and of good enough flavour... but absolutely nothing special, and nowhere near the culinary explosion of flavours and quality that you'd want for a special occasion.
We sat outside for an early lunch and enjoyed some paella and some croquettas, washed down with some cold beer. It was a fairly cloudy day but I imagine it would be glorious in the sunshine, over looking the beach with the fresh fish and calamari being roasted on the open flames.
