Found by complete accident a few nights back and had a brilliant evening. Tiny bar but so friendly with the owners and all customers chatting together. Some lovely food prepared in front of you as delicious snacks. So good. Thank you for being such great hosts.
A small but cozy little tavern in Palos de la Frontera. The food was fantastic; everything we ordered was delicious. Anchovies, Gildas (pickled anchovies, olives, and peppers), baby squid, broad beans, tripe, cheese, and the three-cheese toast they brought us to try. Oh, and the pork loin in lard was amazing. They make, season, and prepare everything themselves. With your beer, they give you a free tapa of your choice. We loved the atmosphere—100% local, with wonderful people, just like the owners. A true gem.
