Explore Málaga on an ebike or Ninebot.
Flexibility is the name of the game. You can book a guided tour either by Segway Ninebot, or on an ebike. Bike tours are for two, three or four hours, with each tour taking you steadily further out along the extensive city coastline, exploring charming fishing neighbourhoods well off the beaten tourist trail. You will take in the main sites and the great views off the Gibralfaro mountain. you can also take a bike tour that leads out into the estuary and nature reserve of the Guadalhorce river on the edge of the city.
If you prefer completely effortless travel then take a Ninebot tour. This is much more lightweight version of the Segway and functions the same. Its an easy relaxing way to smoothly cruise around all the pedestrian areas of the city. Malaga has a seafront that runs for at least 12kms where walkers, bikers and Segways can ramble along enjoying the changing tone of the city and its seafront. Guided tours come in one hour, ninety minute or two hour versions.
If you are staying in Málaga a few days then why not hire yourself a bike for the duration. There are bike lanes in most parts of the city, plus the seafront, and most of the old town is pedestrianised. It simply is the nicest way to enjoy the city.
Bike tours require a minimum fo two riders and get progressively cheaper the more people there are. Two hour pricing starts from 20€, three hours 30€ and four hours from 36€.
Ninebot tours run for one hour @25€, ninety minutes from 30€ and two hours for 40€.
You can also book a nature ride on the estuary, a food tour, a walking tour which runs on a voluntary contribution basis. You can negotiate the hire of a bike for independent travel on an hourly or even daily basis.
