Entertainment Performing Arts Antonio Banderas has doubled down on his commitment to his native city by purchasing and regenerating the old Teatro de la Alameda, the only fully commercial theatre in Malaga until its closure. The building has undergone extensive renovation to house Banderas' new venture, a revival of the original broadway show 'A Chorus Line'. This is the first venture to use the refurbished theatre space, and it remains to be seen what the future booking policy will be at this point in November 2019, but one thing is for sure, the town now has a new commercial theatre space with a very committed and resourceful patron, and it should make for an exciting future in entertainment in the city and the Costa.
