The room is quite small, but perfectly fine for a one-night stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the blue corner sofa can be extended and used as a single bed, which is a nice option for an extra guest. One downside was the air conditioning in room 930, which was quite noisy. It bothered us enough that we had to turn it off during the night. The shower gel and shampoo provided were good quality. Breakfast offers a fairly good variety, and everything we tried was tasty. It is served until 10:30 AM on weekdays and until 11:00 AM on weekends, which is very convenient. We also had a rather unexpected experience during our stay: someone triggered the fire alarm at 4:50 AM, and the entire hotel had to be evacuated. Definitely not the wake-up call we were expecting! 😄 We parked our car on the street right in front of the hotel. Overall, a comfortable and practical hotel for a short stay, with a very good bed and a nice breakfast.
I had a wonderful stay at Hampton by Hilton. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the overall service was excellent. The staff were friendly and professional, which made my experience even better. I would especially like to thank Fran for the outstanding service and warm hospitality. He was kind, attentive, and made sure everything went smoothly during my stay. His positive attitude and dedication are truly appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.
A decent hotel with good value for money. The breakfast buffet area was inconvenient because it was small compared to the number of guests. It would be better if there were two buffet areas on each side. The room wasn't bad, but I was startled when a huge silverfish came out from under the bathroom bath mat. (bug 좀벌레)
Very new, modern and clean hotel. Room was very comfortable. Staff was overall friendly. Although we had no issues, there are two drawbacks. Location is a good 20-25 min walk from the major tourist landmarks, and not through the nicest areas. Funny enough, the hotel towers stand out when looking back at the city as they are quite tall in the skyline. Second drawback is although the parking lot is fine, parking is very expensive, the most expensive of any hotel we stayed at (6) in Spain.
I recently stayed at Hampton by Hilton for one night and wanted to share how impressed I was with the overall experience. The rooms were spotless, well maintained, and the hotel itself felt very comfortable and peaceful throughout my stay.Reception staff friendly and attentive. However, I would especially like to recognize Maria and her colleague at the reception I couldn’t catch his name but it start with F sorry I couldn’t remember it. They were truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived,they were incredibly welcoming and professional. As someone who works within the hospitality industry myself, I don’t always find travelling to hotels relaxing — I tend to notice everything. But the hotel is perfect overall. A sincere thank you to Maria and her colleague for their outstanding service, glowing smile, and lovely demeanor. They are a real credit to the hotel. Definitely will come back soon ! Highly recommended.
