We just spent the night waiting to catch a train the next day. Perfect for this as it's super close to the train station and 15-20 mins to the cathedral.
I accidentally left my coat in a taxi and, unable to speak Spanish, I was at a loss about what to do. When I asked for help, they contacted the taxi company and kindly arranged for my coat to be delivered to this hotel. The staff were incredibly cheerful and wonderful people. I will never forget this experience.
Nice room, clean and comfortable, however the window was internal so looked out to the corridor which made the room feel very closed in and a little musty smelling. We found it very noisy from first thing from housekeeping and then around 9.45am some sort of building work stared. Breakfast was sufficient, not the best coffee. Staff friendly and helpful.
