Only stayed for 1nt as we moved on to Granada. Lovely room in an old building with good decor & bathroom. Small indoor lounge with drinks & sweeties. Great location in the Old Town.
I came only for breakfast and not staying in the hotel thus my review will be about breakfast. This the the only breakfast buffet which has avocado, mango, the Italian tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and smoked salmon. Additionally, the coffee is prepared by the professionals using the big professional coffee machine. I am really thrilled by the fast service, top quality and very fresh fruits, vegetables, fresh orange juice, the highest natural yogurt in sealed small jars, and everything including the vibe. If I wish to return again Malaga, I will certainly visit the place for thr breakfast again.
Best staff ever. Being from Las Vegas where customer service is everything I was blown away. Every single receptionist no matter the hour of day was amazing. One in particular Ignacio truly went above & beyond for any request made, any question asked, and any suggestion needed. Easily the best hotel service i’ve ever had. Not to mention the complimentary cocktail style tea bar and authentic spanish candies. Plus at night the door is locked for safety and you will be buzzed in immediately. Never had to wait. Never had to look for the receptionist. Always being helpful.
My husband and I stayed at this hotel a few weeks ago , our room was absolutely great , although the shower was very difficult to turn on and off . The hotel was nice it was very quiet , there was a room where you could have a drink in the evening g ( doubling up as a breakfast room ) but it it had zero atmosphere . The breakfast was OK I found it very hit and miss , it was a continental, self serve breakfast some mornings you got offered water and most mornings you didn't. You were asked if you wanted coffee and orange juice and if you wanted anymore you had to ask , one morning another coffee took 10 minutes to come another morning they just forgot . One morning they had run out of bread rolls completely and this was only half an hour after breakfast service had started . This is not what I class as a 4 star service . The hotel was in a great location easily within walking distance of main attractions .
We were very pleased with all aspects of our short stay at this hotel, so much so that we are returning at the beginning of March! The shower was clean and hot and powerful, the bed was very comfy and while the room was not huge, it had everything you needed and was thoughtfully arranged. Front desk staff were very welcoming. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable, we’ll see you soon!
