Excellent hotel overall, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the service is exeptional, and so is the breakfast. While it could be closer to the beach the location is alright, close to the old town. The only bad things about this hotel is the cards that quickly drain all their energy and homeless people outside. I do know it’s not the hotels fault but I just wanted to let yall know. They are nice, did give em food but I just don’t feel safe around them. Overall a very good and well balanced hotel Best regards

Great hotel located near the city center. It has large, spacious rooms that also have a kitchenette. The bathroom also has both a shower and a bathtub, so you can pick your favorite. The breakfast buffet has one of the best omelets I have tasted. As a bonus, the eggs do not contain that much oil. The only downside is that some parts of furniture feel a little older and not kept.

We stayed at Novotel Suites Malaga Centro as a family of 4, and unfortunately, we would not choose this hotel again. The room was clean and tidy, but 30 square metres for four people is simply ridiculous. Yes, the size is stated in advance, but experiencing it in reality was quite shocking. The room felt incredibly cramped, and we were genuinely surprised that a space this small is considered suitable for a family of four. For the price charged, we expected a much more comfortable stay. The view from our room was directly onto the wall of the neighbouring building, which was disappointing. During our stay, our key cards stopped working twice, meaning we had to return to reception to have them reactivated. It may seem like a minor issue, but it became frustrating. Parking was available at an additional cost of €15 per day, and breakfast was not included in the room rate. With the already high price of the accommodation, all these extra charges made the hotel feel poor value for money. Another thing we found inconvenient was the complete lack of any place to dry towels or swimsuits. In a destination where many guests spend time at the beach, this seemed like a strange oversight. Overall, while the room was clean and the staff were polite, the experience simply did not justify the price. We expected more comfort and practicality and would not stay here again.

Stayed there for few days for a work trip. I have stayed in different hotels, but so far this room was one of my favorites - spacious and mini kitchen space. It was a little bit strange, having your toilet and bathroom far apart from each but nothing dramatic. My card key access was blocked few times and happened to my colleagues as well but the hotel staff was always helpful and polite. Will definitely chose this hotel again if I go back to Malaga! Thank you

Easy to walk to all sights. Easy to drive to , with a car park next door with good sized spaces. Staff very helpful. Stopped in suites, lovely sized space and very clean. Used gym which was good but only had weights up to 5kg which would be a bit light for some guests. Would definitely stop again.
