Excellent accommodation in Malaga, Spain. Room was nice and spacious with nice full bathroom and equipped kitchen. I liked the floor to ceiling glass window of the room, and the curtains provided enough shade if needed. Street parking is theoretically available, usually unlikely to find any spot on the weekend, but likely to find street parking right in front of the hotel on weekdays. I found a spot for parking behind the hotel (between the back of the hotel and the river). Its entrance is around 400 meters after past the hotel, you drive in a bumpy road to get to it, but it's always available. Breakfast is good, but you need to book the day before. I find it well organized. The best part is, laundry is free, but you do it yourself. There are 3 washers and dryers in the common floor. City center and all main attractions are 10 - 15 minutes walking. The beach is within 30 minutes walking..

The hotel’s location is very convenient—close to the city center, with a park right across the street and a Mercadona supermarket just a short walk away. One unusual aspect was the breakfast system. Because the dining area is quite small and often crowded, guests need to reserve a breakfast time slot in advance, which was a first for us. The breakfast itself was fairly standard, but the woman working there was exceptionally warm and friendly, which made the experience more pleasant. Like breakfast, houskeeping needs to be requested. This worked well for us except one day when we left around noon. On March 4th, a Wednesday, we requested room cleaning from the front desk, but when we returned in the evening, the room had not been touched and we had to call again just to get fresh towels. After reading other reviews, this appears to be a recurring issue. Parking is available in the underground garage for €22 per day. Street parking nearby is possible but can be difficult to find, while parking near La Rosaleda Stadium is another option about a five-minute walk away. We always parked on the street and found it safe. All in all, the hotel offers a convenient base in Malaga, but the lack of reliable housekeeping made the stay less enjoyable than expected.

When we arrived after driving all day, the check-in process when trying to find a place to park and unload our luggage was "HORRIBLE". Worst experience ever at a Hotel. The road in front of the Hotel is a busy 1-way street with cars and motorcycle on your rears with no room to pull over. There is no "loading zone" or "unloading zone" for your guests. Every parking spot in front of the hotel is taken by the neighborhood residence. We were forced to drive further south through tiny tiny little streets and find our way back on other 1-way streets back to the hotel. We lost 30 minutes of our life trying to figure out where to park and to unload. There is so much space right in front of the Hotel to unload, but it is all blocked off. The idiot that thought a Hotel doesn't need a unloading area needs to be fired. Otherwise the wonderful staff inside the Hotel (Mrs. Mar) was an excellent manager and made out stay nice. I LOVED the secure underground parking. It was huge and clean. (by the way, as a Diamond, I was expecting and upgrade but didn't receive one).

End of Feb stay 2026, room 623. Perfect location - 10-15 min walk to centre, clean rooms, friendly staff. 3 x a week social hour with free drinks and snacks. Tv with multiple language channels. Bathroom and shower were excellent. Standard buffer breakfast at decent times. Could not fault it, even with a new high rise being built next door the sound deadening meant it was still silent in the room. AC was cold or hot whichever you preferred with no issues. The place even smelt nice when you walked in. Would recommend!

The hotel itself is on a good standard: the room was very clean, modern, with comfortable beds and overall very good quality. No complaints here. Unfortunately, breakfast was a big disappointment. The food quality was poor, with a lot of highly processed, “chemical” products and very few healthy, fresh, unprocessed options. What was especially unpleasant was that most of the juice glasses were dirty, as if not properly washed, which seriously affects trust in hygiene in the breakfast area. Another very irritating issue was the breakfast reservation system. Every evening you had to book breakfast for the next day via a QR code leading to a Microsoft form, and each time you had to re-enter your name, surname, room number and preferred time. One evening the reservation option was not available at all, and on two days the staff member checking room numbers claimed we had no reservation, which created unnecessary stress and discomfort. Additionally, there was no room cleaning during the weekend – housekeeping was provided only on weekdays, which in my opinion is insufficient for a multi-day stay. To sum up: excellent rooms and comfort, but breakfast quality, organization and housekeeping need significant improvement. The overall experience would be much better if these issues were addressed.
