Workshops and Classes Esther Gallardo originally trained in pole in the UK at a high level and returned to Spain to found the region's first pole fitness school. Pole fitness has escaped its salubrious beginnings and is now a credible and high-level fitness practice. The school boasts eight teachers, three of whom are male, as they aim to popularise this art across the gender divide. They offer a range of disciplines from classic pole dance, to pole sport, pole choreography and stilletoes. They offer specific classes in styles of pole such as 'sexy style', 'striptease', 'exotic' and 'twerking', which one might expect, but also simply for flexibility and acrobatic strength. They have fixed and rotating poles to work with. There are frequent events and shows, plus championships and exhibitions. You can even stage stag and hen events with their help, for something a little bit different. Away from the pole they also offer stretching and flexibility classes and even aerial acrobatic training.
