Angus Muelle Uno

Malaga

Steak House
If the name Angus conjures up Scottishness, stop! This steakhouse is Argentinian through and through, as Angus is the main breed of grass-fed beef imported to Spain from South America. Here it is carefully selected and seared over wood flames in true gaucho style. The cuts are what you'd expect, sirloins and rib-eyes of 300g, a super rib eye of 500g filet mignon, beef pincho skewers and the lean skirt steak, a cut most Europeans don't use, but one much reverred south of the equator. There's also Iberian pork, plenty of rich spicy types of Argentinian sausage, the great empanadas (meat patties) and plenty of salads. Yes, its all about the meat, and Argentinians are nothing if not religious about their barbeque so you know you are in good hands. Plus you get the splendid views over the port to the city and can mellow over a beautiful Malaga sunset, and revel in the aromas of top quality meat over wood flame.
