Malaga

The name is Spanish for the letter 'W'. W for wicked. Wickedly good food. It's a small luminous modern brasserie in the centre of town close to the Cathedral and Picasso Museum. Its cuisine is a selection of fine fish, meat and seafood typical of Malaga, cooked carefully and imaginatively. There are different meatballs, and various delicious crunchy pastry savouries and croquettes. There is fresh seafood atop squid ink noodles, or tartare and seared tuna dishes. There are rich meats of lamb, duck, Iberian pork, Malaga kid goat... It's a treasure trove of the best of regional produce lovingly and sensitively delivered. The menu is wonderfully flexible and ideal for sharing as most dishes come as a tapa, a half or full plate, enabling you to mix and match and eat a wide variety of dishes or just nibbles without breaking the bank.
