Description

We will have a day full of learning and tasting excellent things. Driving 45 minutes from the starting point we will reach the vineyards, where we will have a walk of 30 minutes passing near the olive and almond trees learning about their production. Once in the van again we will drive five minutes to a cooperative, that is a big factory run by many partners; they were just agriculturist in the past producing grapes and olives, but time ago they decided to work together processing their products. Then we will have a 40 minutes guided visit around the winery, oil press/mill, and also the third part of the factory: The cooking/seasoning part for the olives that are served as snacks in the malaguenian bars, having also a tasting of them. After the guided visit we will stop in the prettiest room: The aging room, where the wine is being aged, and then we will taste different olive oils & wines with tapas as tortilla, chorizo and olives and will have plenty before coming back.
