The site has been the scene of earlier gastro tapas incarnations and this latest is no less illustrious, having been chosen to feature in the 2018 Michelin guide. The food and the decor are both singular. Both are visually stunning, modern, designed with economy and thought. Its a splendid looking bar to eat in, a vanguard mini-palace of gastro tapas. The menu here is in constant evolution as they invite renowned chefs to create a tapas de autuer each month, so there's incentive to keep coming back to see what the latest revelatory tapas is. This is tapas gastronomy that is looking for new frontiers and ideas. Its exciting and progressive and is garnering attention internationally.
