A small gastronimic temple just off Malaga's main shopping street Calle Larios, on a quiet square, Beluga takes the excellent produce available locally and spins fastidious creations, combining first-class prime ingredients, elaborate plating, adventurous counterpoints and complements, to create dishes that take the typical beyond the exceptional. The majority of the dining space is on the terrace in the square with its clean, luminous stone all around. There is a certain zen quality to the calmness and refinement of the decor and settings.
