Steakhouse This Argentinian Asador, as its name suggests, specialises in steak on the coals; the taste of fire. Its also the taste of Argentinian and Spanish cuts of finest grass-fed beef in mighty generous proportions. If a glistening smokey steak isn't your bag, there are ribs, pork and chicken dishes, plus the delicious empanadas (the Latino meat patties) and much more. Just a short walk from the Malagueta beach, it's really a meat lovers experience. Their speciality cut is typically Argentinian, the Tira de Asado, which is the technique of cutting the rib crossways and barbequing it in long strips. It makes it not only much easier to cook and eat, but releases its juices and flavours more effectively. Why other nations don't cut their ribs this way is anyone's guess, and once you've tried it you'll wonder the same.
