On Sundays and in the evening classes, when the market is closed, we go straight to the next step: a welcoming kitchen space in the heart of Malaga’s artistic Soho District, just a stone’s throw from the market itself. Our expert team will guide you through the preparation of traditional tapas. These 'classics' are not just recipes; they're a gateway to understanding the Spanish way of life, the joy of sharing small plates, and the essence of 'tapear.' To complement your creations, we've hand-selected exceptional local wines, crafted from regional grapes, to elevate your dining experience.
