A restaurant that prizes the use of local produce and attention to detail
This story begins more than 70 years ago when Jose Luis Fernández López, born in Estoupelo, a town in Galicia, arrives in Argentina in search of a better future. After a lot of work, effort and sacrifice, he managed to set up a restaurant in 1995 which he named Puerto Cristal in the neighborhood of Puerto Madero, Buenos Aires. A true dream come true for Him and his entire family. With the intention of continuing his grandfather's legacy, his eldest grandson decided to return to his grandfather's land and, in Malaga, set up a Restaurant called Puerto Cristal.
